As a promoter, my allegiance is to my speakers because I want to make sure that they have the possibility to make a sale at the event.

As a promoter, I want to make sure they teach at the event and have the opportunity to sell. The way the sells work is that if you teach well you will have good sells. It’s all about content. You can’t just pitch for 90 minutes. It’s not going to happen.

If the crowd is of a lesser quality, then that speaker doesn’t have the opportunity. When you have a paid event, you need to have an affiliate program installed in your system immediately. If not, you’re leaving money on the table. It’s important to your business because you cannot be the only person to sow seeds into your event.
