Another part of being an emcee is to make sure that your seminar stays on time.  You need to make sure your seminar stays on time.  The biggest complaint that people have at any kind of seminar that I’ve ever been to is, it ran over it wasn’t staying on time.

You handed out a schedule but you never stuck to it and that’s a huge complaint that people have day in and day out when they come to a seminar.  You say you’re going to start at 9:00 o’clock and you don’t start until 9:30, now you’re already behind, you’ve already probably lost sales because you started 30 minutes late.

To your guests, time is very important
