Strategy number three is an awards program using trophies or plaques. You should use a trophy because it will sit somewhere in their house and be in front of them all year long.

If I give them a watch or pen, for example, they may never see it. A trophy will be set prominently and they’ll see
it everyday for the next six months or year. Trophies work and they’re not expensive.
